The Central California Korean Historical Society, founded in 2003, is dedicated to the exploration, preservation and dissemination of historical data and information, sites, artifacts and structure from which one could understand and appreciate the history and heritage of the early 20th century Korean immigrants’ settlement in Central California farm communities. Historical locations, where one can trace the earliest Korean settlement in San Joaquin Valley, include Fresno, Hanford, Visalia, Reedley, Dinuba, Delano, Williams and Maxwell.
